NovolinQ has its own database of candidates. These candidates are extensively selected and screened by us and are awaiting a good match with an exciting job and a new living environment abroad. Additionally, our recruiters have a large network within various sectors from which we recruit, select and then match interesting positions with our clients. We not only match based on hard skills but also pay close attention to the company culture in relation to the personal preferences of the candidates and their families.
